Who We Are
jl96com is an online betting and casino platform built specifically for players in the Philippines. We cover sports betting across basketball, volleyball, and beyond — alongside a full online casino featuring baccarat, slots, and live dealer games — all available on any device with a browser and an internet connection. No complicated app installs, no overseas currency conversions, and no support team that's never heard of the PBA.
The team behind jl96com has deep roots in Philippine gaming and digital entertainment. We know that Filipinos take basketball personally — whether it's a PBA Governor's Cup semifinal or an NBA playoff run at 9 in the morning. We know that baccarat is not just a casino table game here; it's a social tradition played everywhere from resort casinos to living room game nights. And we know that when you want to cash out your winnings, the fastest and most natural way to do it is straight to your GCash wallet — not through a three-day wire transfer to a bank you've never heard of.
That's the mindset we bring to every part of jl96com — from the way we structure our odds to the payment methods we support, the sports markets we prioritise, and the way our support team responds when you have a question at midnight on a Saturday.
Our Story
How jl96com grew from a local vision to a full-service platform for Filipino bettors.
A Local Idea Takes Shape
jl96com was conceived by a group of Filipino betting enthusiasts and tech professionals who were tired of platforms that ignored local market realities. The plan was clear: build something that genuinely works for players here.
PBA and NBA Markets Launch
Basketball was the obvious starting point. jl96com rolled out comprehensive PBA and NBA betting markets, with real-time odds, live in-play options, and a mobile interface that works on any budget smartphone.
Volleyball, Baccarat, and Casino Added
Volleyball betting for FIVB and local leagues arrived alongside a full baccarat section and online casino — recognising that Filipino players enjoy multiple types of gaming and deserve them all on one platform.
Payments, Support, and Responsible Gaming
jl96com integrated GCash, Maya, and other PH-native payment channels. Responsible gaming tools and a 24/7 Filipino support team became permanent fixtures — not afterthoughts.
What Makes jl96com Different
Six reasons Filipino bettors choose jl96com over every other platform.
Philippines-First Sports Coverage
PBA, UAAP, NCAA Philippines, FIBA Asia, NBA, volleyball leagues — jl96com covers the competitions that matter most to Filipino fans, with markets posted well ahead of tip-off.
Smooth Mobile Experience
No app download required. jl96com runs directly in your browser — fast, clean, and optimised for the phones Filipinos actually use, including budget Android handsets on 4G connections.
GCash, Maya and Local Banks
Deposit and withdraw in PHP using GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. Same-day GCash cashouts for eligible withdrawals.
Live Betting Across All Sports
jl96com updates odds in real time so you can bet during a game, not just before tip-off. Quarter lines, live spreads, next basket, live totals — all updating possession by possession.
Secure and Regulated
jl96com operates under a regulatory framework applicable to the Philippine market. Your personal information and financial data are protected with industry-standard encryption protocols.
Filipino Customer Support
Our support team understands the platform, the local context, and the games you're betting on. Available 24/7 — no language barrier, no copy-pasted answers that miss the point entirely.
Everything You Need on One Platform
jl96com is not trying to be ten different things half-heartedly. We've built a focused, well-executed platform that covers the categories Filipino players actually want — and we keep making each one better based on how members actually use the site.
On the sports side, jl96com offers comprehensive coverage of PBA basketball across all three conferences, NBA betting from pre-season through to the Finals, volleyball betting for FIVB World League and Philippine leagues, and a growing range of international competitions. Each sport has a full set of markets — moneylines, spreads, totals, player props, live in-play, and futures — rather than just the bare minimum.
The jl96com casino section includes baccarat with multiple table variants, online slots from well-regarded software providers, and live dealer games that give you the table atmosphere without leaving home. For members who enjoy both sports and casino gaming, having everything under one account makes the experience much cleaner — one balance, one withdrawal process, one support team.

Our Core Values
The principles that guide every decision made at jl96com.
Fairness
jl96com offers competitive odds built on transparent processes. We don't penalise winning accounts or manipulate lines to disadvantage members — ever.
Transparency
Promotions, terms, and conditions are written to be understood, not buried in fine print. If something changes, jl96com communicates it clearly to affected members.
Responsibility
Gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. jl96com provides responsible gaming tools and resources so members stay in control of their play.
Community
We're part of the Philippine gaming community, not just a business operating here. That means listening to feedback, supporting local talent, and giving back where we can.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
jl96com is serious about responsible gaming. Every feature we build, every promotion we run, and every process we design takes into account the fact that gambling involves real money and real risk. Entertainment should stay entertaining — and when it stops feeling that way, it's time to step back.
That's why jl96com is open only to adults aged 21 years and above, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. It's why we invest in tools that let members set deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. And it's why our support team is trained to recognise the signs of problem gambling and respond with genuine care rather than a scripted brush-off.
If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related difficulties, jl96com encourages reaching out for support and using the resources available. Our Responsible Gaming page has more information on the tools and contacts available to players in the Philippines. At jl96com, we would rather lose a bet than lose a member to a problem they didn't need to have.
